- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon

- Shallot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, curry powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped shallot and sauté, stirring, until softened, about 2 minutes. Then add the asparagus cut into small pieces and sauté for another 3–5 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Add the curry butter to the asparagus, mix well, and serve.
