Asparagus Roll with Salmon

Ingredients

  • Dried Nori Seaweed 1 piece
  • Oyster Mushrooms to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Asparagus 6 pieces
  • Salmon 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the asparagus in a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain the hot water, pour cold water over it, and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes. This will make the asparagus crispy, tasty, and not wilted.

Step 2

Wrap 3 stalks of asparagus in slices of salmon. You can use any salmon: raw, lightly salted, or salted. I use raw salmon, which is usually left over after making sushi.

Step 3

Use scissors to cut a thin strip of nori and tie the roll in the middle.

Step 4

Lightly drizzle with lemon juice and serve with oyster sauce.
