Asparagus Pizza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Milk ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Asparagus 30 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
On a board, sift the flour into a mound, place pieces of butter in the center, pour in 1 raw egg, add 2 tablespoons of milk, season with salt, form into a ball, wrap in parchment paper, and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
After 30 minutes, roll out a not very thin sheet on a floured table, which will cover the greased pan along with the edges.
Step 3
Place the boiled asparagus in the center, and add a mixture of beaten eggs, grated cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180°C until a golden crust forms.
