Asparagus Omelette
Ingredients
- Asparagus 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Clean and trim the asparagus, then cut it into pieces about 2.5 cm long. Place in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
At the same time, bring salted water to a boil in another pot. When the asparagus has been boiling for 3 minutes, transfer it with a slotted spoon to the second pot. Cook for another 10 minutes until it becomes tender. Drain.
Step 3
Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl, then add the asparagus. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the eggs and asparagus, and cook until the bottom of the omelette is set. Then flip the omelette—this can be done using a plate or two wide spatulas. Cook until fully set.
