Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Scallops 10 oz
- Octopus 20 oz
- Squid 20 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce 10 fl oz
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter 3 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Rice to taste
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, place the shrimp, scallops, sliced squid, and octopus. In another bowl, mix the chili sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil. Pour the mixture over the seafood and mix well. Let marinate for 1 hour. Pat dry and reserve the marinade.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil on the grill and cook the seafood for 3-5 minutes until tender, basting with the marinade. Serve over rice with lime wedges, or in a separate dish.
