Ingredients
- Pasta shells 0 lbs
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Tamarind Paste 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Ground coriander 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a large skillet and add the mussels, finely chopped onion, and grated ginger. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the white wine, tamarind paste, fish sauce, coconut milk, cream, and butter. Cover with a lid and cook until the mussels open.
Step 3
Transfer the mussels to a bowl, discarding any that did not open, and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 4
From the skillet where the mussels were cooked, pour out some sauce, leaving enough to cover the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Return the mussels to the skillet and add the finely chopped cilantro. Mix well.
Step 6
Serve immediately in a small bowl with hot chips.
