- Citrus Zest Mix 2 pieces
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ¼ teaspoon
