Ingredients
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Pitted olives 5 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the dates and prunes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the broth, wine, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chopped dried fruits and cook until they are almost dissolved.
Step 4
Reduce the heat and add the spices, sugar, and vinegar. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 5
Pour the sauce into a blender and blend until smooth.
