- Pumpkin 25 oz
- Milk 1½ cups
- Rice ½ cup
- Clarified Butter 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut it into pieces, place it in a pot, and pour in warmed milk.
