Description
This dish can be served instead of hot sandwiches at a festive table. They should be served hot.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Smoked Chicken 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Greens 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken breast and greens. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Cut the lavash into squares. Place the prepared mixture in each square and fold it like an envelope.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Place the pockets in the pan so they don't unfold. Fry on one side, then flip. Transfer the finished pockets to a plate.
