Arbolada with Pear Sauce
Breakfasts • Brazilian
Description
Arbolada is a medieval sweet omelet. The first mention in cookbooks dates back to 1393. Instead of pear juice, you can use any other fruit juice or fruit puree in the arbolada. In that case, you should add more cream to ensure the omelet has a fluffy texture.
