- Scallions 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz

- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the beef through a meat grinder twice using a fine mesh. Beat the eggs, add finely chopped green onion, salt, flour, milk, and combine with the meat mixture.
Step 2
Pour the resulting mixture onto a hot skillet with fat, and once it thickens, place it in the oven to finish cooking.
Step 3
Serve with a side of steamed rice or French fries. When serving, place the omelette on the side and garnish with herbs.
