Arabic Coffee
Ingredients
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Water 10 fl oz
- Medium ground coffee 2 teaspoons
- 10% cream 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour sugar into the bottom of a cezve and place it over medium heat. When the sugar starts to melt and takes on a brownish hue, pour in the water.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the coffee.
Step 3
Without stirring, return to heat and bring to a froth, then remove for 1 minute.
Step 4
Repeat the process of removing from heat three times. Pour into cups without straining, and add cream, stirring to combine.
