Description
This puree can be spread on white bread, added to porridge, yogurt, etc. It is suitable for baby food — you can add a few teaspoons to baby porridge to avoid adding sugar. However, keep in mind that apricots have a laxative effect, especially on little eaters.

- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Apple juice with pulp 5 fl oz

Step 1
Place the dried apricots in a saucepan, pour in the apple juice, and cook until soft.
Step 2
Transfer the apricots and juice to a blender and blend into a puree.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the apricots and let sit for about 5 minutes. After that, drain the water and rinse the apricots thoroughly.
