- Yogurt powder 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Starch film 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cream 2 tablespoons
- Muesli 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder, 50 grams of brown sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Shape the dough into a flat roll, transfer it to a pre-greased baking sheet, and evenly spread it across the surface.
Step 2
For the apricot filling, mix the pitted apricots, yogurt, eggs, and starch. Spread the filling over the dough.
Step 3
For the muesli filling: cook the butter, brown sugar, and cream for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, add the crushed crispy muesli, and mix well.
Step 4
Evenly pour the resulting mixture over the pie. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cooled pie with powdered sugar.
