Apple Ravioli
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Apple 4 pieces
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Raisins 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and oil, then rub the mixture into crumbs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the crumbs and, pouring in warm water by the tablespoon, knead into an elastic dough. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Cut the apples into cubes, combine with sliced bananas, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, add pitted raisins, sugar, and cinnamon, and mix.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into 2 thin sheets. On one sheet, place 2 teaspoons of filling at intervals of 6 cm. Brush the space between the fillings with egg white, cover with the second sheet, press the dough around the filling with your fingers to seal, and use a rolling cutter to cut into separate ravioli.
Step 4
Drop the ravioli into boiling salted water and cook for 8 minutes. When serving, place the cooked ravioli on a plate, sprinkle with cinnamon, and garnish with lemon balm and cranberry or strawberry jam.
