Description
You can use sour apples or sweet ones — if using sweet apples, reduce the amount of sugar.
Ingredients
- Apple 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. For those who do not like the skin in the finished dish, peel it off.
Step 2
Grate the apples using a food processor or a regular grater if you don't have one.
Step 3
Add sugar, egg, and flour (the amount depends on the consistency of the batter: it should not be thick). Mix well.
Step 4
Fry the apple pancakes in a preheated skillet with enough oil, a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
