Ingredients
- Apple 4 pieces
- Cranberry 5 oz
- Table Mustard 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Remove the cores from the apples.
Step 3
Place the apples on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the cranberries until pureed.
Step 5
Strain the cranberry puree through a sieve to remove seeds and skins.
Step 6
Also strain the baked apples through a sieve to obtain a smooth puree without skins.
Step 7
Mix the apple and cranberry purees with the mustard.
Step 8
Season the sauce with salt to taste and serve with poultry dishes.
