Ingredients
- Apple juice with pulp 1 glass
- Oat flakes 2 glasses
- Apple 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt ½ glasses
- Almond 0 oz
- Fresh Berries 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour apple juice over the oatmeal and almonds, then refrigerate for one hour (but it's best to leave them overnight).
Step 2
Cut the apple into cubes.
Step 3
Mix everything together and add the yogurt. For sweetness, you can add a little honey or maple syrup.
Step 4
Garnish with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) on top.
