Ingredients

  • Green Apples 4 pieces
  • Shallot 5 heads
  • Apple Cider Vinegar ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Grated Ginger Root ¼ cup
  • English Dry Mustard ¾ teaspoon
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and peel the apples. Cut into 0.5 cm cubes.

Step 2

Combine the apples, chopped shallots, vinegar, sugar, raisins, ginger, pepper, salt, and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Step 3

Pour into a glass container with a lid.
