Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Cottage cheese 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Egg white 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Orange zest 1 tablespoon
- Ground Breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apple, slice it into rounds, drizzle with lemon juice, and microwave for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, orange juice, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, egg, cinnamon, and syrup to the apples. Mix well.
Step 3
Whip the egg white with salt, add it to the mixture, and mix again.
Step 4
Divide the dessert into molds and microwave for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish the finished mousse with orange cubes.
