  • Ground Cumin 2 spoons
  • Green Apples 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar 3 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the powdered sugar and cumin together twice to ensure they are thoroughly combined. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the powdered sugar and cumin mixture evenly over it.

Step 2

Using a mandoline, slice the apple into thin rounds, keeping the core in the center. Select the twenty largest and most beautiful slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining powdered cumin on top.

Step 3

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 195°F (194 degrees Fahrenheit) and keep it there for an hour and a half, or until the apples become crispy. Once removed from the oven, immediately transfer them from the paper to a wire rack to cool.
