Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
  • Ham 10 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Spread a thin layer of processed cheese over the lavash.

Step 2

Slice the salmon into thin pieces.

Step 3

Place the salmon on the lavash.

Step 4

Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Step 5

Roll the lavash with the salmon into a log and place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Remove and slice into pieces about 2-3 cm thick.

Step 6

Also make rolls with ham.
