Ingredients
- White bread 5 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Tarama 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk, after cutting off the crusts, for 10 minutes. Slightly squeeze the bread and place it in a blender with the tarama, yolk, finely chopped onion, and garlic. Blend well until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Step 2
Gradually, without rushing, pour in the olive oil while constantly whisking until smooth. Add the remaining lemon juice and a pinch of white pepper. Serve spread on bread.
