- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Basil to taste
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into cubes about 1-1.5 cm wide and slice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add turmeric, and after a couple of seconds, add the cheese. Fry until golden brown. Add the sliced tomatoes and season with salt. Let it simmer on low heat until the tomatoes break down.
Step 3
Add the sour cream and mix. Then sprinkle with black pepper and chopped fresh basil. Stir and turn off the heat.
