There are many types of black caviar available in stores now. You can use any kind you prefer.
Ingredients
- New Potatoes 16 pieces
- Red Caviar 4 teaspoons
- Crème fraîche 4 teaspoons
- Chopped Green Onions 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Without peeling, boil the potatoes in boiling water until soft. Drain and cool.
Step 2
Cut off the top of each potato and carefully scoop out a bit of the flesh.
Step 3
Place 0.25 teaspoon of caviar in each potato, garnish with crème fraîche, and sprinkle with green onions.
