  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese ½ cup
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Flakes a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine sliced olives, kalamata olives, diced feta, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Season with black pepper and mix well.
