Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Canned Corn 4 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and carrots. Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of cold broth and leave for 40-60 minutes.
Step 2
Warm the remaining broth slightly, combine it with the swollen gelatin, bring to a boil, and cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Wash the raw eggs, carefully crack the bottom part, pour out the contents, and thoroughly rinse the shells without breaking them. Stand the shells upright in a container, fill them with corn, and pour in the jelly to a quarter full, allowing it to set.
Step 4
Then, fill the shells completely with diced chicken, carrots, and herbs in jelly. Once the jelly has set, remove the shells and place the eggs on a plate.
