  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Baking Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Sweet Pepper ½ piece
  • Herbs ½ bunch
  • Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
  • Mixed spices for Christmas pudding to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bake the eggplant in the oven, peel it, and chop it finely (cubes of 3-5 mm).

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion into half-rings and pour boiling water over it.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them (you can remove the seeds), and chop them finely as well.

Step 4

Chop the herbs finely, add spices and salt. Mix everything together.
