- Milk 10 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Apple 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the beaten egg yolks, milk, salt, and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into wedges.
Step 3
Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter and add the apples.
Step 4
Fry in portions in hot oil. Serve hot, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
