Ingredients
- Parsley 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice ¼ pieces
- Spaghetti 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook it for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
Remove the leaves from the parsley and slice them into thin strips.
Step 4
Dice the onion very finely.
Step 5
Chop the garlic into small cubes in the same way, after crushing it with a knife. Alternatively, you can crush it using a garlic press.
Step 6
Chop the anchovies very finely.
Step 7
Remove the seeds from the chili and dice it into small cubes.
Step 8
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
Step 9
Add the anchovies and sauté, stirring, for about 1 minute.
Step 10
Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then add the chili pepper. Pour a little of the pasta cooking water into the skillet — about 100 ml.
Step 11
Add the parsley, stir, then toss in a cube of butter and mix until thickened.
Step 12
Drain the spaghetti in a colander and add it to the skillet. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 13
Serve immediately.
