Anchovy Pinchos Tapas
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Anchovies 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the anchovies from the oil and dry them on a kitchen towel.
Step 2
Place them on a cutting board.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top.
Step 4
Wrap a cherry tomato (or half) in each piece of anchovy and secure it with a toothpick.
Step 5
Serve, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
