  • Onion 3 heads
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Ramsons 0 oz
  • Korean-style Carrots 0 oz
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 0 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
  • Spicy salami 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In half a liter of warm water, dissolve the yeast, add the egg, salt, and mix well. Gradually add enough flour to achieve a consistency similar to sour cream, then place it in the refrigerator for two hours. Chop the sausage, pickles, and onion, and grate the cheese. Slice the salami into rounds.

Step 2

Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, pour the batter onto it, and allow it to spread evenly across the sheet. Bake in the oven for seven minutes.

Step 3

When the crust is golden brown, remove the baking sheet from the oven and start adding the toppings. First, spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, then distribute the chopped ingredients evenly, sprinkle with grated cheese, and garnish with pieces of salami. Bake in the oven until fully cooked.
