Description

Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Milk 2 glasses
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil ¼ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy.
Step 2
Add a cup of milk and whisk well. Gradually sift in the flour while continuously breaking up any lumps with the whisk.
Step 3
Repeat the previous step, adding the remaining cups of milk and flour.
Step 4
Pour in vegetable oil (can be substituted with clarified butter).
Step 5
Dissolve the baking soda, add it to the batter, and mix well again. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes. During this time, heat the skillet.
Step 6
Fry over medium heat. As soon as bubbles appear and start to burst, flip the pancake and fry for another 20 seconds.
