Ingredients
- White bread 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Lobster tails 5 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Pickles 0 oz
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the lobster meat and mix it with finely chopped capers and mayonnaise, stirring well.
Step 2
Slice the bread into circles or squares, fry in butter, and top with the prepared mixture.
Step 3
Create a border around the edges with finely chopped pickles and parsley, after which you can lightly drizzle with fish jelly (optional).
Step 4
This mixture can also be used to fill small puff pastry shells.
