Alpine Chests
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the salmon, pepper, and add cheese. Season with salt and mix. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and cut in half. Hollow out the flesh from each half and fill with the mixture.
Step 2
Fold the halves together and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dish with dill.
