Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 jar
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, add the cottage cheese, and mash. Add the corn flour and wheat flour. Add half of the sour cream and softened butter. Salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Spread the resulting mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Bake at moderate temperature until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve hot, cut into pieces, with sour cream.
