Ingredients
- White bread to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Garlic 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic cloves and crush them into a paste. Pour in the oil and blend in a blender until it becomes a white mass. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster. Serve with the paste as an appetizer before the main courses.
