- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Minced garlic 1 clove

Take a deep saucepan and pour in the cream. Heat over low heat until it comes to a boil, then add the butter.

Next, it's time for the cheese. You can reserve some Parmesan for sprinkling, or you can add it all at once. In the latter case, you will get a thicker and creamier sauce. Stir well and immediately pour the sauce over the pasta, continuing to stir. Serve immediately.
