Ingredients
- Dried Apricots 7 pieces
- Oat flakes ½ cup
- Prunes 7 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Red Grape Juice 7 pieces
- Merlot Grapes 7 pieces
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the dried apricots, prunes, apple, and grapes into small cubes. Add the oat flakes and mix.
Step 2
Combine the egg whites with sugar and whip into a thick foam. Gently fold in the oat flakes with the fruits, mixing from the bottom up to prevent the egg whites from settling.
Step 3
Grease the molds with vegetable oil (you can use paper cupcake liners), and distribute about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each. Bake in the oven at 355°F for 10 minutes.
