Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. The yolks will not be needed, and it is better to chill the egg whites before whipping.
Step 2
Pour the semolina with milk and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then gently and thoroughly fold in the cottage cheese and semolina.
Step 4
Grease muffin baking molds with vegetable oil, pour the cottage cheese mixture into them, and place in a preheated oven at 250°F for 60 minutes.
Step 5
The finished casseroles can be decorated with berries and drizzled with honey or syrup.
