Description
Milk can be substituted with kefir. You can add some diced bananas to the batter for the casserole. The casserole turns out very tender and light. It is best served chilled — it makes a wonderful light summer dessert or breakfast.

- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Pour milk over the semolina.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork. Turn ripe bananas into puree using a fork or a blender.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the cottage cheese, banana puree, soaked semolina, and flour with baking powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour the mixture into the dish. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
