  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Whole egg 3 pieces
  • Olive Oil 1½ glasses
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1

In a blender, grind the garlic, add salt and egg yolks, and blend again until smooth. While continuing to blend, gradually add the olive oil in small portions until the mixture becomes thick.

Transfer to a bowl and season to taste with lemon juice.
