  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 10 fl oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Quail Egg 1 piece
  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • "Five Pepper Blend" a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Ocean salt to taste

In a mortar, crush the garlic with the pepper blend and a pinch of coarse salt.
