  • Orange Bell Peppers 0 lbs
  • Mild Chili Spice 5 oz
  • Salt 5 fl oz
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

Grind all the components in a meat grinder, mix, add salt and sugar, and let it sit overnight.

Step 2

In the morning, drain excess liquid and distribute the adjika into jars, store in the refrigerator.
