Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper 0 lbs
- Onion 0 lbs
- Carrot 0 lbs
- Antonovka apples 0 lbs
- Tomatoes 10 lbs
- Garlic 15 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 3 pieces
- Coarse Salt 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the vegetables and apples. Pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Transfer the resulting mixture to a large pot, add vegetable oil, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let it cool.
Step 4
Pack into sterilized jars (8 liters), seal with sterilized lids.
