12-Minute Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes

There’s nothing faster and simpler than making this surprisingly easy and healthy pasta — sweet ripe tomatoes, fragrant garlic, salty olives, and a hint of fresh basil — it's a pleasure to eat.
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot of salted water on high heat and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, cut 250 g of ripe cherry tomatoes in half, pit a handful of olives, and chop the basil leaves.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes and sauté for another minute or until they start to brown slightly.
Step 4
Add the olives and basil, reserving a few leaves for garnish, then add a little water, reduce the heat, and continue to simmer on low heat.
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions, then drain the water, reserving a full cup of the cooking water.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the skillet with the sauce and mix, adding a little of the reserved cooking water if necessary.
Step 7
Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper, then sprinkle with crumbled feta and the remaining basil leaves.
