Ingredients
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Apple 25 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Apple juice with pulp 5 fl oz
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Lemon ¼ piece
- Raisins 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples, dry them, and cut into 4–6 pieces without peeling.
Step 2
Melt the sugar in the butter (until brown), stirring continuously. Add the chopped apples. Simmer on low heat, stirring, until the sugar combines with the apples. Add the apple juice, cinnamon, and lemon.
Step 3
Mix well, cover with a heavy lid, and cook on low heat. You can also add raisins. Serve warm.
