Ingredients
- Sugar Syrup 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Gluten-Free Flour 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix cocoa powder with flour. Add the syrup and mix well. The dough should be thick; if it is wet, add another 15-30 g of flour. Divide the dough into 18-20 pieces. Shape them into circles, then into cookies.
Step 3
Place the cookies on parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes. After that, remove the cookies and let them cool; they will become crispy.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Take the coconut milk out of the refrigerator and open it. You will need the thick part, known as the cream.
Step 5
Add the syrup to the cream and whip with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Place 1-2 teaspoons of cream on one cookie and top with another. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
Step 6
Keep the cookies in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
