  • Marinated cherries 4 pieces

  • Goat cheese to taste
  • King Prawns 10 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil or steam the shrimp.

Step 2

While the shrimp are cooking, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil, and place them in the oven to roast.

Step 3

Boil the zucchini (about 10 minutes) until soft. Add the garlic.

Step 4

Once the zucchini is ready, blend until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Serve the soup: first the zucchini puree, then top with shrimp, followed by the roasted cherry tomatoes, and finally, unevenly broken pieces of goat cheese.
